Shipping:

Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days, unless noted otherwise in the product description. PLEASE NOTE: We are a small batch brand with a small team, occasionally orders may take longer than the 3-5 day shipping window, please message us if you need your order by a specific date so we can ensure your package is delivered to you in time :)

Preorders

Secure your spot with a preorder. Many of our pieces are made in small batches and will go in to pre-order once inventory is sold out. Each preorder item shows the estimated ship date in the product description. At any time you can cancel a paid preorder that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can request a return. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

We Ship Internationally

CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Save The Parade will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Easy Returns:

If you don’t love your Save The Parade piece or need a different size or style, simply send an email to returns@savetheparade1969.com within 14 days and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a refund! 

Store Credits & Exchanges Within 60 Days:

If you have missed the 14 day return window send an email to @returns@savetheparade1969.com within 30 days and we will issue you a store credit or exchange. 

- If we do not receive tracking on your return package within 5 days, your return or exchange will be terminated.

- Shipping fees will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Items used or not in original condition will be rejected for return. Items used for events or photoshoots will be rejected for return. 

Sale and Sample Sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Holiday Returns: 

Orders placed between 11/24 and 12/24 have 30 days to inquire for returns.
